We see these ads. They are mostly selling snake oil. But the concept is becoming possible.

The Components You Actually Need

To launch a legitimate delivery business, you need five layers:

1. The Catalogue: Sourcing products. (The hardest part).
2. The Real Estate: A place to put the products.
3. The Demand: A website/app for customers to order.
4. The Brain: A system to manage stock, picking, and routing.
5. The Wheels: Drivers/Riders.

"Business in a Box" providers usually only give you #3 (The App). They leave you to figure out the rest.
